Welcome!

Blogging will be an important part of our seventh grade Language Arts experience, and this class blog will serve as a sort of home base for much of that work.  This will be a place for prompting, sharing, and responding to some of  the writing and reading we do during the year.

Once our individual blogs are up and running (probably by the second week in September) those blogs will be connected to this one, and each of us will be able to be an active contributor to this new community of writers and readers.  Still not sure how it will work?  No worries…all will be made clear in a couple of weeks when we go to the computer lab and you set up your own blog.

Meanwhile, we’ll be writing in our Writer’s Notebooks every day in class, so be sure to bring that composition book, iPad, or laptop with you each day when you walk through the door of Room 106 :- )
